I received the following email from Mark on Thursday, Oct. 11, 12:44am EDT.

We have had no internet since yesterday afternoon our time (midnight Tuesday for you). Let all know we are doing well, but don't begin teaching at the Bible School in Ugenay until Saturday our time. On Sunday we go to Pogrinichny, three hours west of Vlad to preach and visit Pastor Olec and his congregation. We will be on the Chinese frontier, within sight of China. We may attempt to get visas to enter China.

 

Do not expect to hear from me again until we get internet at the apartment. I am writing this from a cafe' in downtown Vlad. I have over 215 pictures with captions and blog entries for Monday - Wednesday ready to load, but we lost our connection yesterday around 3:00 PM. As soon as we are up and running I'll post both the blog and the pictures.
