  1. Hey Mark,

What beautiful people! They look very happy, which I discern is because they are delighted to have you there. They get right up in your heart real quick, don't they? I know you are having a blessed time, learning and growing in your esteem for other cultures, and in respect for missionaries who give their whole lives to such cross-cultural, life-long service. Great exposure, brother.

Start my teaching on David Brainerd here in a few minutes. Jonathan Edwards' work, "The Life and Diary of David Brainerd" was by far the most published and read writing of Edwards that he did in his whole life.

Press on, brother. Soon you will be home. Can't wait to see you and here all about it.

    In the love of Christ,

    Bob Selph

  2. Dad, It warms my heart to see the hope-filled smiles of these beautiful children! They are such children of hope! Wow! Isn't adoption such a beautiful picture of the Gospel! I'm so happy for you and grateful for all of the opportunities your are having to build relationships with so many people. I am confident that you are a blessing and great encouragement to them, and I know their faces and names will be forever imprinted on your heart no matter what your the future holds. Praying for you as you wrap up your last week. As I have said before, my sweet children pray for you nearly every single day. I would love for you to come visit and show them pictures when you return! Love you! -Kris
